Shipping is made through USPS, and make take between 3-5 business days.

 

Orders placed before 1 PM EST are typically processed same day and orders placed after 1 PM EST and on weekends will be processed the next business day. 

 

Once your order has been processed and shipped out, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. 

 

The Aitzel Closet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is misdelivered, as the recipient of the package, you are required to get in contact with the shipping carrier to file a claim. We can provide you with all the necessary information for the investigation; however, please keep in mind that this is a matter completely out of our control.

A standard shipping fee of $8 is applied to orders inferior to $98.
